[AsteriskBrasil] Erro ao encaminhar chamadas

Mas a operador me retorna este erro quando ligo para um telefone fixo.
 
E os outros erros? será que ninguém conhece?

"Busy Here" back from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
 provavelmente é algum "do not disturb" ou algo parecido, pois tenho esse
mesmo quando ativo a facilidade nos aparelhos IP SIP.

Unavailable" back from 201.12.106.139
