[AsteriskBrasil] Problemas de eco com 2 E1s

Pessoal,

    Estou com o seguinte problema e já não sei mais o que fazer, esta é 
a arquitetura:


R2-> Conversor Siemens(R2/ISDN)->ASTERISK (TE210)->E1 ISDN->Siements 
HiPath 3750

Tenho 26 ramais voip(Linksys PAP2-NA usando ulaw) conectados diretamente 
no Asterisk e mais 50 conectados no PABX. Agora tenho as seguintes 
situações:

PAP2 -> Externo : Pouco eco, mas existe.
PAP2 -> Ramal PABX: Muito eco!
Ramal PABX -> Externo: Não é sempre mas com uma frequencia bastante alta.
Ramal PABX -> PAP2: Muito eco!

Equipamento:
Dell Poweredge 1800 (1 Xeon 3.0 e 1 GB de memória)
RHEL 4.0
Asterisk 1.20 (release)

Amigos já tentei de tudo e não sei mais o que fazer, alguem tem alguma 
idéia? Estou realmente precisando de ajuda, obrigado.
