Segue abaixo as intruções para realizar o teste de uma TE110P.
Acho que tb deve servir para outros modelos.

Elas foram obtidas junto ao suporte da Digium.

Subject: [digium.com #35209] Problems with TE110P

You need a loopback connector to plug into the card. The connector
consists of a standard RJ-45 end with pins 1 to 4 and 2 to 5 connected.
This is a one-sided cable; it loops to itself.

You need to download the zaptel source and `make tests` in the zaptel
source directory.

You also need to configure the card to perform the test. Set zaptel.conf
as follows:

span=1,0,0,esf,b8zs
clear=1-24

Then stop asterisk and `rmmod wcte11xp zaptel`. Then `modprobe wcte11xp
-i t1e1override=0`. Then run the patlooptest with the following arguments

patlooptest /dev/zap/1 60

If the program reports any errors, the card may be in need of
replacement. If there are no errors, the card is fine.

After performing the tests you'll need to revert zaptel.conf to what it
was before, and then rmmod and modprobe the drivers again before
starting asterisk.
