Boa noite a todos.

Gostaria de trocar informações a respeito de Instalação do Asterisk com
R2.

Alguém poderia me ajudar com este assunto?

O que preciso fazer para configurar o MFCR2.C, MFCR2.H e o
CHAN_UNICALL.C para deixar funcionando com R2 da Brasil Telecom?

Outra coisa, vi que no MFCR2.C há uma menção sobre as chamadas a cobrar,
só não entendi onde e como fazer para mandar um tom para derrubar a
chamada a cobrar.
