[AsteriskBrasil] erros Unicall

Pessoal, boa tarde.
Alguém já passou por este problema antes?
O fato é que as ligação do asterisk, não são completadas quando encaminhadas
para o E1 mfc/r2 da telefonica, poderiam me ajudar?
Agradeço desde já toda a atenção dada.
