Oi pessoal. Alguém pode me dar uma ajuda?
Estou tentando aplicar o patch para usar o MFC/R2 e estou obtendo a seguinte
saída:

Consegui compilar sem erros, apenas os seguintes warnings:

Quando tento startar o *, tenho a seguinte saída:

Eu coloquei as linhas abaixo dentro extensions.conf, na macro
[macro-exten-vm]
 
exten => s-CHANUNAVAIL,1,RemoveQueueMember(myQueue|${CHANNEL:0:24})
exten => s-CHANUNAVAIL,2,System(echo "${DATETIME} - ${CHANNEL} - Forced
Logoff" >> /var/log/asterisk/agent_log)
exten => s-CHANUNAVAIL,3,Congestion()
 
Quando o ramal não está mais disponível ele é automaticamente removido da
fila.

Luiz no caso do Asterisk deslogar o agente (x-lite) automáticamente, você
fez alguma configuração no Asterisk ou x-lite?

tente o AgentCallBackLogin. Digite o login do agente ao ser solicitado e
quando o sistema solicitar a extensão digite #.

Pessoal, como posso efetuar o logoff de um agente que não está mais
disponível? Tentei o comando RemoveQueueMember mas não está funcionando. 

exten =>
s-CHANUNAVAIL,1,RemoveQueueMember(${QUEUE}|Local/${ARG1}@from-internal)
exten => s-CHANUNAVAIL,2,Congestion()

Obs.: Estamos usando o AMP e os agentes logam com o número da fila + * (Ex.:

123*)
