[AsteriskBrasil] ENC: Como setar o codec nos canais do Unicall.

O T1 usa o ulaw como padrão. Se você controla os dois lados do E1 e
não se importa de perder 6 canais, passe o jumper para T1 e ele vai
usar ulaw.
