[AsteriskBrasil] Problemas com CAS - E1

O Unicall tem problemas com bloqueio de chamadas à cobrar, quando este é
feito com um duplo atendimento. O Unicall entende como um answer e depois
como hangup, derrubando a conexão.

Já tivemos um discussão desta aqui na lista à algum tempo atrás, mas até
agora eu não vi uma solução para o problema, a não ser migrar para ISDN :).
