Coloque em extensions.conf

[globals]
DYNAMIC_FEATURES => hangup#pickupexten#atxfer#blidxfer

E não se esqueça de colocar o tT nas exten's, p. ex.:

exten => - _NXXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN},30,tT)

Acredito que vai funcionar!

Você colocou o "include => parkedcalls" no contexto dos ramais ?

Outro detalhe, você tem clicar rápido em *2, não pode demorar muito entre o
* e o 2.
