[AsteriskBrasil] Problemas de Sincronismo TE420

Prezados membros da lista,

Estou com dificuldades de obter sincronismo com uma Digium TE420 PCI Express
para quatro entradas E1,
no meu caso estou com apenas 3 fluxos E1s disponíveis para configurar. A
operadora é Brasil Telecom e a
sinalização é R2 Digital.

A informação que tenho é que são fluxos de 32 canais. Minhas configurações
foram baseadas no link referência:

Estou utilizando zaptel-1.4.4 em um CentOS 5, onde já gerei todos os pacotes
da libunicall ( src.rpm -> rpm ) que pretendo
utilizar assim que a placa parar de me dar alerta vermelho. A lib
chan_unicall.so já está disponível no asterisk conforme
minhas configurações, mas meu problema está antes do asterisk, creio eu.

Abaixo segue a configuração do zaptel e informações que obtenho do módulo
zaptel (wct4xxp):

Os tres primeiros spans estão configurados (e conectados aos modens) mas
estou obtendo RED no zttool, o quarto não configurei (comentado).
Minha desconfiança está nos cabos RJ45 os quais não fiz (outra pessoa fez),
os baluns de conversão são cisco.

Primeira pergunta, como me certificar que os cabos (RJ45) estão corretamente
construidos (Digium ==RJ45== balun === modem) ?
Um cabo de rede normal micro/switch funcionaria ?
