[AsteriskBrasil] Queda de ligações usando IAX

Prezados tenho o cenario abaixo e o problema é que as ligações que estão do
Astk3 caem todas de uma vez e é gerado neste mesmo momento os logs que estão
abaixo do cenário. Se alguem puder ajudar agradeço.

Cenário:

Explicando o cenário:
Recebo um link ethernet da CTBC com 8MB que é conectado ou meu servidor
"Astk", este servidor tem 2 placas de rede a segunda fica conectada a um
swtich 3com que tambem tem conectado a ele 22 Atas PAP2 e outro swtich 3com,
neste outro tem mais 22 Atas Pap2 e o servidor "Astk3".

O Astk conversa com o Astk3 através de IAX(ulaw) neste "Astk3" tem 4 placas
2460E com 24 portas FXS cada.

O que tem ocorrido é a queda simultânea de todas as chamadas em curso no
"Astk3" e os logs registram as seguintes mensagens:

Nesta rede só trafega VoIP.

Astk utiliza asterisk versão 1.2.13
Astk3 utiliza asterisk versão 1.4.10 (já foi feito teste usando a versão
1.2.13 e da o mesmo resultado)
