[AsteriskBrasil] Erro ao transferir ligação

Pessoal, alguém já teve problemas na implantação de transferência de
chamadas atendidas por uma fila ? As ligações são atendidas por uma fila e
encaminhadas para agentes SIP com X-Lite, mas durante a digitação do destino
para a transferência a ligação retorna para que está tentando transferir e
algumas vezes é possível escutar a pessoa digitando o último número do
destino.

Layout:

TE205P (R2) --> Asterisk --> Fila --> Telefonista --> destino

Quando a telefonista tenta transferir uma ligação para o destino dá o erro.
