Se você instalou alguma interface web para o *, tipo o FreePBX,
certifique-se que o httpd está rodando como o UID/GID correto, e que o
usuário do httpd tem acesso de leitura e execução no diretório base do
webserver. Na instalação padrão do apache ele roda como apache/apache,
ou root/root (em instalações kamikaze), já no FreePBX o httpd tem que
rodar com o mesmo UID/GID do asterisk (asterisk/asterisk) normalmente.
