[AsteriskBrasil] Problemas com TE110P e PABX Saturno 5000

Caros,
Solicito auxílio para a configuração de um Asterisk com uma placa Digium
Wildcard TE110P T1/E1, conectada a um PABX Saturno 5000 via MFCR2.
Todos os canais são reconhecidos, ficam em status Idle, mas por algum
motivo não consigo efetuar a discagem, pois o PABX não esta recebendo
todos os dígitos.
A idéia é que o Asterisk conecte os novos ramais VoIP ao sistema legado,
através da discagem de 4 dígitos para ramal e 0 + número de telefone
para discagem a linhas externas.
O log que possuo do asterisk, quando efetuo uma discagem para ramal, é o
