[AsteriskBrasil] Asterisk 1.4.12.1 crash em ast_pthread_mutex_lock

Boa tarde,

  estou tendo problemas com o asterisk em versões 1.4.0 até 1.4.12.1.
Atualmente rodamos um call center com 460 posições e temos um servidor
asterisk como "proxy" com os agentes e filas nele, abaixo dele temos 6
asterisk como gateways com 4 E1s para a pública em cada. O asterisk "proxy"
cai todo dia com o seguinte dump do core, se alguem puder dar uma luz eu
gradeceria.
