[AsteriskBrasil] Problema com E1 R2 EBT - Consigo receber mas não consigo realizar (CONGESTION)

Opa Felipe,

Já utilizei esse tutorial... mas mesmo assim não funcionou...
Quando eu coloco um cabo cross E1 entre os dois servidores, funciona sem 
problemas...
