[AsteriskBrasil] Tecla Transfer Aparelho GXP2020

Galera, estou utlizando um Telefone GXP 2020 e nele tem uma tecla TRANSFER quando aperto ela ele transfere direto, mas eu configurei em meu Asteris para fazer a transferencia assistida prescionando a tecla #.

Teria como alterar no Asterisk ou no GXP 2020 essa tecla para fazer a transferencia assistida?

Outra coisa, em qualquer aparelho quando aperto a tecla Flash ele faz a transferencia assistida, porem não toca o audio para digitar o ramal, tem como alterar isso ?
