[AsteriskBrasil] Problema com Voicemail

Pessoal,

Estou com um problema quando vou ouvir minhas mensagens do voicemail através
de algum telefone ou softphone.
Quando a voz termina de falar o horário em que recebi a mensagem, a ligação
é derrubada.

Estou usando o pacote de aúdio do Disc-OS.
Alguém poderia me ajudar?
