não vi nada de anormal nesta sequência de log/debug. O Asterisk
encaminhou uma chamada e o equipamento da outra ponta aceitou o SETUP e
depois enviou um DISCONNECT terminando a chamada. O problema deve ser
verificado no log deste equipamento pois no Asterisk não há erro aparente.

Ps: O dialplan deste equipamento está configurado para encaminhar esta
faixa de número: 91320964 ?
