[AsteriskBrasil] Remote host can't match request BYE

Em meu SIP.CONF coloquei a seguinte informação no ramal [402] e [203]

[402]
....
Disallow=all
allow=ilbc

 [203]
....
Disallow=all
allow=ilbc

Quando eu faço uma chamada do 203 para o 402 recebo sinal de ocupado. O log
do * esta postado abaixo.

Se eu remover as linhas do SIP.CONF mencionadas acima, o sistema volta a
funcionar normalmente.
Alguém pode me ajudar?
