[AsteriskBrasil] Alguns segundos até chegar o audio.

Estou com o seguinte problema:
Quando uma ligação entra pelo tronco E1 (R2) e a telefonista tira o telefone
do gancho, em algumas ligações chega a demorar 10 segundos até que o audio
passe.
Então ela tem que atender, esperar alguns segundos e somente depois falar
alo...
Utilizo Asterisk 1.2.28.
O telefone é um Polycom 601.
