[AsteriskBrasil] asterisk.ctl

gente vou iniciar o asterisk e tenho esta bela resposta.

Unable to connect to remote asterisk (does /var/run/asterisk/asterisk.ctl
exist?)

o pior que tenho sim o arquivo nesta pasta tanto o ctl quanto o pid.

alguma sugestão?
