Pessoal mais uma vez preciso da ajuda de vocês!

Tenho aki um sistema pre pago de cartoes com a2billing que está funcionando
perfeito, a única coisa que incomoda os usuarios é que durante a chamada, de
tempos em tempos o a2b fala o valor dos creditos que o cartão ainda possui.
Eu queria retirar isto, pois os usuarios estão ficando incomodados.

Alguem tem alguma ideia de onde desabilito este audio, pois olhei no
a2billing.conf e não encontrei.
