[AsteriskBrasil] Ajuda com a2billing

*Eduardo*, fiz oq vc disse mas não funcionou. *Muriel *eu tive problema com
esse diretorio de libs na minha primeira instalação do A2Billing porque
misturei a versão 1.3 com a 1.4, ae refiz o servidor conforme a documentação
do site do projeto, estou usando a versão 1.3
