[AsteriskBrasil] SkypeOut com Skye for Asterisk

Pessoal,
Estou testando o skye for asterisk pra fazer terminação para PSTN, muitas
chamadas não são terminadas e tenho o tom de ocupado, no log do asterisk
tenho:

Alguém tem um problemas parecedo?
Uso Centos 5.4 Asterisk 1.6.2.6
    Channel Driver: 1.6.2.0_1.0.11
    Library: 1.6.2.0_1.0.11
