Bom noite senhores,


estou tentando instalar o A2Billing versão 1.9.4 Stable mais não estou tendo
sucesso,segui o tutorial :

existe algumas partes que não batem com a realidade ,tipo :

não tem esse arquivo na pasta do a2billing,mesmo sem essa parte segui o
tutorial e ao tentar abrir a pagina webdo a2illing a pagina fica em branco ,
no log do apache aparece a seguinte mensagem :

Alguém poderia me ajudar?? tentei outros tutorias na internet mais todos
seguem o mesmo caminho.
