Alclício,

baixa o MV_IPTEL para criar o servidor TFTP (pode até usar outro, mas uso
este há muito tempo e nunca tive problema). Você poderá fazer a atualização
por HTTP ou HTTPS fica sua escolha.

Baixe o firmware e descompacte no diretório ../data/TFTPdata do aplicativo,
segue o link:

Já fiz a programação do 46xxsettings para esta atualização. Deixei os
procedimentos configurados para entrar nas configurações do telefone sem
senha do craft. Segue anexo e faça as possíveis alterações.

Não esqueça de apontar no telefone o IP do servidor de arquivos onde você o
criou.
