Primeiro, ele não está caindo nesse dial. Se você notar o log: "Executing [*
02797255726*@from-teste:1]" só possui nove dígitos, e na extensão que você
postou tem que utilizar obrigatoriamente dez dígitos.

Segundo, retire o "*${EXTEN:1}*" e deixe somente "*${EXTEN}*" no lugar.
Lembre-se de modificar no lugar certo.
