[AsteriskBrasil] Extension trava ocupado mas faz chamadas, asterisk 1.8

Marcelo,
Analisando o log o asterisk não chegou nem a dar um comando Dial, portanto,
acho pouco provável que seja problema com incompatibilidade.
Parece que ele verificou algo relacionado a CWINUSEBUSY e decidiu nem
discar.
