The Asterisk Development Team has announced the second release candidate of
Asterisk 11.3.0. This release candidate is available for immediate
download at http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/asterisk
The release of Asterisk 11.3.0-rc2 resolves several issues reported by the
community and would have not been possible without your participation.

The following are the issues resolved in this release candidate:
* --- app_page and app_confbridge: Fix custom announcement on entering
conference.
(Closes issue ASTERISK-20990. Reported by Jeremy Kister)
* --- Resolve deadlock between pending CDR and batch CDR locks
(Issue ASTERISK-21162. Reported by Chase Venters)
* --- Resolve deadlock between SIP registration and channel based
functions
(Issue ASTERISK-21068. Reported by Nicolas Bouliane)
* --- Fix white noise on SRTP decryption
(Closes issue ASTERISK-21323. Reported by andrea)
