Thats the thing, If you dont own  it, you won't change. 

I made bad  choices, and I hated myself for those bad choices. I got fat, hell Im still a bit hefty. Nothing I can do  to change my past  actions. The  only thing I can do  is change what I am doing

Bad choices got me to where  I was. The only way to get out of the  hole  is  to make  good choices. 

Everyone has an excuse to  fail.  I would argue  my excuse was better than most people's excuse. I literally  could  not walk for 3-4 months and  I couldnt get around well for a long time after that. 

If we let  the reasons why you can't rule your life, you wont  do anything worthwhile.
