preciso de ajuda,

segue o cenário;

preciso fazer uma discagem via php, e ao inves de chamar o ramal depois o
numero a ser discado, preciso que primeiro chame o destino e depois de
atendido a chamada, o asterisk encaminhe para algum ramal ou ura programado.
