primeira forma é executada com fluxo de media de forma que quando um canal
é direcionado para música em espera ele recebe o audio a partir do ponto que
Asterisk está distribuido a media, nesta forma se não houver nenhum canal na
música em espera realmente o fluxo de media é cessado. Observe que essa é a
forma mais otimizada de implementação porque consome menos recursos da

segunda forma é implementada de maneira que toda vez um canal entra na música em
espera o stream da media é passado ao usuário do canal a partir do início
do arquivo de áudio. Dessa forma, o arquivo da media é sempre tocado a partir do
inicio da arquivo. Observe que essa não é a melhor forma de ativar música em
espera no Asterisk porque essa implementação onera bastante o consumo da CPU da
máquina já que cria um processo para cada canal ligado na música em

assim cada novo chamador ouvirá sua música em espera do início (em vez de onde
ela parou da chamada anterior como no Asterisk 1.0.x). Observe que você precisa
está usando o Asterisk 1.2.0
