não sai, talvez os colegas queiram experimentar a solução que encontrei para
esse caso. Consegui bloquear as ligações a cobrar com algumas alterações no
chan_unicall.c, negando tudo que vem com <STRONG>Cat 9</STRONG> na sinalização.
