Ola pessoal,<br><br>tenho um ATA Linksys RT31P2 e estou configurando os dados do meu provedor voip mas ele não está conseguindo autenticar.<br><br>Estou tentando configurar as duas linhas e no status fica do modo que está abaixo:
<br><br>OBS: se no campo Sip Server da configuração eu coloco o IP do meu provedor ele autentica mas se ponho <a href="http://sip.provedor.com.br">sip.provedor.com.br</a> não funciona. Pensei que poderia ser DNS mas pelos testes que eu fiz não parece ser esse o problema.
