entra em uma fila que por sua vez é atendida por uma agente. A agente
transfere a ligaçao para um ramal do PABX. Ate aí tudo bem, mas o que
acontece é que depois de 1 minuto se o ramal do PABX nao atender cai a
ligaçao.</FONT></DIV>
