Boa tarde,<br><br>Estou usando o elastix com o modulo de callcenter. Criei os ramais no PBX e os agentes no callcenter.<br>Quando vou na opção AGENTS CONSOLE, escolho o agente e o ramal. Dando OK, ele aciona o telefone, pedindo que digite uma senha.<br>
<br>A principio, digitei a senha que defini para o ramal, mas retorna a mensagem dizendo que a senha está incorreta e desconecta.<br><br>Onde eu seto a senha no modulo do callcenter?<br><br>Aguardo um help...<br><br clear="all">
