The release of libpri 1.4.13 resolves several issues reported by the<br>
community and would have not been possible without your participation.<br>

The following are the issues resolved in this release:<br>

* --- Outgoing BRI calls fail when using Asterisk 1.8 with HA8, HB8,<br>
and B410P cards.<br>

(Closes issue PRI-93. Reported by Marcin Kowalczyk)<br>

* --- Removed MDL/TEI management configuration warning message.<br>
