Keep the device ON, (Use a NONSTATIC gloves) unplug the jumper from the second and the third pins and connect it to the first and second pins. Punch in "****" and "FACTRESET" and then "1" on the telephone connected to the PAP2. It should announce that it's RESET successfully. Then switch off the PAP2 and revert the jumper back to its second and third pin position and close the box. That should be the PAP2 unlocked.</span><font face="Arial" size="3" style="font-size:12pt"><br>
