ou seja, com esta opção paused e inuse ou mesmo ringing nao é
considerado como livre, e neste caso ele nao vai entrar na fila
passando pra proxima etapa do dialplan<br>

a opção "n" onde os ramais da fila quando estão pausados ele
transborda. Mais quando um agente está pausado e o outro está
com o status "in use" ele não transborda. Estou tentando achar
