Realizamos testes em sua conta VONO e não localizamos o problema mencionado logando em seu soft fone efetua e recebe ligações normalmente.
Orientamos que efetue testes utilizando os codecs G711a e G711u (PCMA/PCMU e verifique também outras configurações disponíveis, <a href="http://www.falevono.com.br/asterisk" target="_blank">www.falevono.com.br/asterisk</a>, caso o erro persista verifique com o auxilio, de um técnico particular pois não prestamos suporte técnico para asterisk.
