[Asteriskbrasil-biz] A2Billing

Baixei do site oficial.  Agora que conseguir localizar uma versão antiga 
1.7.1 que baixei uns anos atrás e que não tive problemas c/ isso.
A princípio e p/ testes, deverei usar essa versão mais antiga mesmo e so 
depois verei se farei update e até mesmo adquirir a licensa.
