[AsteriskBrasil] Erro ao encaminhar chamadas

Pessoal, estamos com uma quantidade muito grande de erros ao encaminhar
chamadas para operadoras VoIP através de SIP. Segue abaixo erros mais
comuns:

Dec 21 10:02:16 VERBOSE[4164] logger.c:     -- Got SIP response 486 "Busy
Here" back from 201.12.106.139
Dec 21 10:11:58 VERBOSE[4164] logger.c:     -- Got SIP response 480
"Temporarily Unavailable" back from 201.12.106.139
Dec 21 10:24:30 VERBOSE[4164] logger.c:     -- Got SIP response 603
"Decline" back from 201.12.106.139
Dec 21 10:26:35 VERBOSE[4164] logger.c:     -- Got SIP response 500 "Server
Internal Error" back from 201.12.106.139
Dec 21 10:37:09 VERBOSE[4164] logger.c:     -- Got SIP response 503 "Service
Unavailable" back from 201.12.106.139
