[AsteriskBrasil] Erro na placa TDM400

ae galera, adquiri uma placa TDM400, com 1 fxo e 1 fxs, e estou 
instalando ela...aparentemente consegui instalar (fiz até uma ligação 
por ela), mas ao reiniciar a maquina me deparo com o seguinte erro:

Dei uma vasculhada na rede e encontrei algo sobre udev, fiz o que ele 
diz la mas nao obtive sucesso...dei um lspci -vv e verifiquei se pudesse 
ser problema de conflitos de irq:

ela é a unica que está usando a IRQ 12...agora pergunto, o que pode ser 
isso?

uso CentOS 4.3 (FINAL) e to com os ultimos releases do driver zaptel, 
libpri e asterisk (baixei ontem)
