Alguem na lista já utilizou a placa VoiSmart vGSM, conforme abaixo:

vGSM is PCI adapter with four GSM modules for voice and data
applications. The GSM modules support the 900, 1800 and 1900 MHz bands.
Kernel drivers provide basic TTY and voice streaming capabilities. On top of those a sophisticated Asterisk's channel driver provides all the upper layer functionalities.
