[AsteriskBrasil] Ajuda para instalar TDM40B

Caros amigos da lista, estou enfrentando dificuldades para instalar uma placa TDM40B no meu servidor Asterisk
   
  o Asterisk apresenta o seguinte erro:

  e quando uso o ztcfg me aparece o seguinte erro:
