[AsteriskBrasil] Busy na linha 2 GKM 2000t

Bom dia a todos

Galera alguém pode me dizer , por que a linha 2 do meu ATA GKM 2000t manda
um "busy" para meu asterisk, estando desocupado e registrado perfeitamente.
Após Tirar o telefone do gancho, volta a funcionar perfeitamente.

DETALHES
As duas linhas estão registrada no mesmo asterisk com contas diferentes.
A linha 1 não apresenta esse problema.
