[AsteriskBrasil] FreePBX - Static Agents

Caros colegas,

    Não estou conseguindo colocar no campo Statics Agents no Queue do 
FreePBX um agente valido, quando coloco por exemplo o agente 300, o asterisk 
não consegue encontrar esse ramal, no caso o ramal 1000 está logado no 
agente 300. Vendo em alguns Forum achei que tinha que colocar A300 no campo 
statics agents do Queue mas o FreePBX não libera colocar isso. Se alguem 
puder me ajudar ficaria grato.
