PIKA Technologies Inc. has a new opening for a Sales Development Manager
located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.  As an integral part of the Sales team, the
successful candidate will be required to do the following:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



   - New Business Development
      - Identify, target and establish relationships with new
      customers to grow revenue and margin
      - Create product evaluations that lead to on-going revenue
      - Attend industry tradeshows to prospect for new customers and
      to enhance general industry knowledge
      - Obtain referrals from existing customers



   - Account Management
      - Manage relationships with existing customers to maximize
      revenue and margin
      - Troubleshoot complex integration and porting
      problems/questions by gathering the right information from the
Customer and
      working with Pika Support resources
      - Identify new sales opportunities within existing customer base
      - Manage financial and technical issues with customers on an as
      needed basis



   - General
      - Understand and remain current with the competitive landscape
      - Provide feedback to the product development process regarding
      new feature requirements, developing technology shifts and
      industry/competitive trends
      - Represent PIKA Technologies in a professional, responsive
      manner



EDUCATION:

o        A Bachelors degree in a related area



SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:



Required:

·         At least 8 years experience with a proven track record in high
tech sales/Customer facing projects and business development and/or
solutions oriented sales to enterprise and carrier organizations

·         Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish

·         Demonstrable track record of developing new customers through
prospecting

·         Fluent in technical and commercial aspects of general telephony as
well as CTI (computer telephony integration)

·         Aggressive, proven ability to penetrate and establish
relationships with decision makers at the working as well as senior
management levels

·         Combination of business and technical savvy

·         Proven balance of strong competitive, team and technical skills

·         Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt in a
changing and demanding environment

·         A pro-active, self motivated approach to responsibilities and
objectives

·         Demonstrate prioritization, troubleshooting, initiative, and self
motivation skills

·         Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

·         Outstanding individual and group presentation skills

·         Proficient in the use of a computer for word processing,
spreadsheets, contact databases, e-mail, presentation creation and Internet
Access

·         Willingness to travel as required – approximately 50% of the time

·         Basic technical knowledge of telephony, IP, VOIP, Telecom, and
Data Networks and Protocols.

·         Sales or related experience in PC-PBX, voice services (IVR, voice
mail), FAX, voice over IP/IP Telephony



 Compensation:


A combination of base salary and commission.
