[AsteriskBrasil] queue member, xxx, is still 'Not in Use' when it probably should not be!

Pessoal,

Estou utilizando a configuração de queues e queue_members no MySQL. Está
funcionando perfeitamente, com excessão que recebo esta mensagem no console
quando alguma ligação é atendida.

[Oct 17 11:08:02] WARNING[5440]: app_queue.c:3014 try_calling: The device
state of this queue member, SIP/21, is still 'Not in Use' when it probably
should not be! Please check UPGRADE.txt for correct configuration settings.

Pelo que estou entendendo, é provável que determinado atendente continue
recebendo ligações, mesmo já estando falando.

Alguma idéia de como resolver isso?
